Platform Customer Service Executive

Viewpoint Portfolio is looking for a Platform Executive to join a new a growing team. The Clifton group has recently launched the Viewpoint Portfolio platform and requires a Platform Executive to handle queries from financial advisers. The successful candidate with be part of a growing team with excellent opportunities to progress as the team grows. The details of the role are as follows:

Job Description
  • Liaise with Viewpoint Portfolio platform technology provider
  • Handle queries from financial advisers regarding use of the platform
  • Operate platform helpdesk
  • Liaise with Discretionary Fund Managers regarding use of the platform
  • Provide training to Morgan Lloyd Customer Service and Pensions Administration team
  • Operate platform system and back office CRM
  • Adhere to company SLAs for dealing with queries
  • Contribute to ongoing development of platform services
  • Contribute to ongoing strategy for integration with third party systems
  • Feedback recommendations on how to improve the service to the rest of the business
Desired Skills and Expertise
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience in wrap platform administration is preferable
  • An understanding of SIPP administration is preferable
  • Effective communication style both written and verbally
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Good numerical skills with an eye for deal
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
